As a senior consultant at Cook Ross, Allyson Dylan Robinson collaborates with her clients to develop and implement strategies for organizational transformation.
Allyson built her career advising and leading organizations on the vanguard of social change. Prior to joining Cook Ross, she led internal and external diversity initiatives at the Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization. She went on to found her own company, Warrior Poet Strategies, which advised clients in the private sector and in government on organizational development, culture and climate, and diversity and inclusion. Allyson began her career serving as an Army officer, commanding PATRIOT missile units in Europe and the Middle East and managing military learning and development staff across the Middle East theater of operations. She has spent almost half of her professional life living and working outside the U.S.
Allyson is a 1994 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she majored in physics, and holds a master’s degree from Baylor University.
