Dominic J. Perri is a nationally-recognized consultant providing strategic planning, leadership training, board development, and facilitation to over 100 organizations in more than 25 states. Dominic’s recent projects include designing and delivering leadership training programs for CareerBuilder, McKesson Specialty Health, Consulate Healthcare and Chicago Symphony Orchestra; delivering organizational culture assessments for the University of Kentucky, Dot Foods, and the United Way of Central Indiana; and developing and leading change management processes for Randstad Corporation, Spherion Corporation and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Dominic recently co-authored a national study of strategic planning practices among non-profits, published in the journal, Strategy and Leadership. He has presented at numerous national conferences on topics including increasing collaboration and teamwork and managing people of different generations. Dominic facilitates groups ranging in size from small leadership teams to national gatherings of hundreds of people. He has extensive experience in developing and analyzing surveys and focus groups from his work at research centers at the University of Maryland-College Park and Georgetown University.
Dominic has served as a faculty member for The Hay Leadership Project at DePaul University and has been a member of the board of directors of the Organization Development Network of Chicago. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Catholic University of America. He also has a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a certified executive coach whose clients include university presidents, corporate CEOs, and national religious leaders.
In addition to his professional work, Dominic enjoys cooking, Renaissance Italian art, and European soccer. He lives with his wife Patricia and their two daughters in Elmhurst, IL.
