Emily Duncan is a training and facilitation consultant based in the land of bluegrass, bourbon and horse racing in Lexington, Kentucky. She calls on 15+ years of experience with healthcare, academia, and private industry in training, advocacy, vendor/client relationships, sales, and talent management to support organizations in realizing their potential for an inclusive culture worth the effort. Having provided hundreds of hours of facilitation to thousands of participants, Emily is driven to make engaging differences relevant and approachable. She is passionate about providing practical skills for a rising discourse. Led by a fascination with what motivates, divides, and ultimately unites individuals and groups, Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, completed two leadership certificate programs, and graduated from the Humanity Academy, all with the University of Kentucky.
You will also find Emily at the front of the room as a nationally recognized officiant of secular wedding and memorial services and a Girl Scout leader of 19 second through fifth graders. After all of that talking, Emily lives a fairly quiet life with her spouse and two daughters.
