Mike has held senior leadership positions in some of the best run companies in the world in operations and human resources. Michael has extensive experience working with teams to develop and implement strategy, manage organizational change initiatives and develop leadership talent. He also has a solid track record of leveraging organizational diversity to drive innovation and creativity.
Mike has benefited from a rich career that has allowed him to build relationships all over the world. During over 25 years of corporate experience Mike has lead HR as part of a start-up team in China, run a manufacturing operation for Nabisco Brands, acted as a Chief Operating Officer for an emerging distribution company, held international human resources responsibilities on 3 continents, and led human resource teams at Eaton and The New York Times.
Michael provides consulting in strategy, talent development, teaming and leveraging organizational diversity. Michael is an Executive Coach with certifications from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbra and Case Western Reserve University. He specializes in working with diverse and emerging talent and executive leadership. Michael received a Juris Doctor (JD) from Temple University School of Law and holds a BA in Political Science from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina where he also received his commission as a US Naval Officer. He is currently enrolled at Antioch University pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Change.
