Sallie Dewar enjoyed a career of over 12 years with the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton until 2010. There, she developed rich experience as a successful leader/facilitator/coach in a wide variety of projects for internal development of employees. She became known to her customers as highly energized, creative, and focused on excellence in all that she did, while driving toward the strategic business goals of the organization. She became an accomplished expert in facilitation, adult learning, training, interpersonal communication, mentoring programs, and team formation/development.
Today, she enjoys working as an independent consultant helping leaders, managers, and teams with career development, change management and holding difficult conversations. Sallie facilitates courses in a variety of subjects including presentation skills, writing skills, project management, leadership development, and people management. She is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument, the DiSC instrument, and the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 assessment instruments for leaders. Sallie holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a coaching certificate from Newfield Network.
