As an instructional designer, Carrie develops innovative learning experiences rooted in seasoned design practices to transform individuals and organizations.
Carrie’s expertise includes virtual and in-person, instructor-led training as well as eLearning with a keen eye toward blended learning. She’s experienced in a wide variety of training programs, from long-term, cohort-based learning solutions to impactful, on-demand, intact team interventions.
Prior to joining Cook Ross, Carrie worked on diversity, inclusion, and leadership development in the tech space. She also has professional experience in local government, libraries, archives, and higher education.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in African and African American Studies.
