As a Project Manager at Cook Ross, Danielle Edmonson partners with clients on their Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and guides them through the initiation, planning, and execution process. Danielle brings extensive experience developing relationships with stakeholders in the U.S. and abroad and ensuring programs stay within budget and are delivered on time.
With over five years of experience working in higher education institutions developing and managing global programs and having lived abroad herself, Danielle has dedicated her career to exposing minority students to global opportunities and encouraging them to immerse themselves into a culture different from their own. She brings her passion for diversity and inclusion, and skills in program management and relationship building to Cook Ross’ training line of business to support client engagement and product delivery.
Being an avid explorer, Danielle’s travels have taken her to all seven continents, including Antarctica. Through exposure to a multitude of people, culture, and food, Danielle is inspired to give back to her community and is currently working on starting a non-profit organization with the mission of sponsoring passports for people in the community. When Danielle isn’t at Cook Ross, you can find her cooking with her husband or hanging out with her family in Ohio.
