Emily Duncan is a training and facilitation consultant based in the land of bluegrass, bourbon, and horse racing in Lexington, Kentucky. She has over 15 years of experience with healthcare, academia, and private industry in training, advocacy, vendor/client relationships, sales, and talent management, using her expertise to support organizations in realizing their potential for an inclusive culture. Emily is driven to make engaging differences relevant and approachable. She is passionate about providing practical skills for a rising discourse. Led by a fascination with what motivates, divides, and ultimately unites individuals and groups, Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, completed two leadership certificate programs, and graduated from the Humanity Academy, all with the University of Kentucky.
Emily is a nationally recognized officiant of secular weddings and memorial services and is a Girl Scout leader of 19 2nd-5th graders. After all of that talking, Emily lives with her spouse and two daughters.
