Through training, organizational consulting, and executive coaching, Manuel takes leaders of all levels on a journey to inclusion.
Manuel started his career managing cross-border projects in diplomatic service at the French embassy in Brazi), media, and financial services at JP Morgan in Spain, the UK, and Germany and ICAP in Germany. He went on to join the World Economic Forum in Geneva to lead the development of the Global Shapers Community, a network of next-generation leaders leveraging local diversity for social impact. While there, he grew the community by 500% – almost 6,000 members in over 400 cities and 170 countries. He went on to specialize in gender equality certification (EDGE), organizational inclusion (Frost Included), and develop an innovative model of executive coaching for inclusion (Equal Plus).
He leverages his fluency in six languages: Creole, French, Spanish, German, English, and Portuguese. He has extensive on-site professional experience in over 20 countries to bridge cultural gaps and to create fully inclusive environments.
Manuel is an alumnus of the Global Leadership Fellowship of the World Economic Forum, where he graduated from a program co-delivered by the Wharton School in Philadelphia, the Columbia School of Arts in New York, the London Business School, INSEAD, and the China Europe International Business School. He holds two master’s degrees in International Management from ESCP Europe (Oxford-Madrid-Paris) and the City University of London. As an executive coach, he holds a double accreditation from the Academy of Executive Coaching and from Best Year Yet®.
