Miguel has twenty-three years of experience managing large national and international private sector contracts and projects. He has extensive experience with leadership development, cultural competence and agility, coaching, workplace diversity, and workforce development.
Recognized across the US and internationally for his extensive work in the field of diversity and inclusion, leadership development and cultural competency, Miguel has been a featured speaker at many national and international conferences. He has conducted approximately 2,500 training sessions for more than 250,000 people in multinational corporations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations on four continents.
Miguel brings practical experience and a dynamic presence to his work as a master trainer. His vision, energy, and creativity contribute to his success in leading teams, facilitating, and implementing strategic plans for organizations by providing outstanding training and consultation.
Miguel is bilingual in English and Spanish. He holds a Master of Arts in education from the University of Oregon, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Costa Rica, and a certificate in educational administration from Lewis and Clark College.
