Today’s complex work environment embodies diversity of thought, language, educational background, race, gender, ethnicity and other differences that can increase creativity, productivity, and be leveraged to help organizations thrive. At the same time, this diversity brings challenges with it.
The Diversity Toolkit is an online annual subscription resource for organizations that gives managers and employees tools that speak to a variety of diversity and inclusion situations in the workplace. Learners identify areas in which the individual (or organization) needs support or development. From there, they navigate to specific tools that include articles, exercises, surveys, questions, and additional resource materials. Many of the tools and articles reflect basic management sense, with the intention of applying it in a diverse environment.
