Ruth Nahumury-van de Poll
Ruth is the founder and owner of No Labels Inc, working in the diversity and inclusion field for over ten years. She has facilitated and developed a wide variety of workshops and leadership and team development programs aimed at building an inclusive work environment. She uses her recruitment experience to specifically train recruiters and leaders in inclusive interview techniques and intercultural competence.
Her clients include for-profit organizations including GE Healthcare, KLM, MedaPharma, Mentor (Johnson & Johnson), Coca-Cola Benelux, ING, Rabobank, and Ticketscript. Non-profit organizations include: the Dutch Tax Collector Office (de Belastingdienst), municipality Amsterdam, municipality Haarlem, Red Cross Hospital, Evangelical church Zwolle, and Pharos.
Ruth has a degree in international HR management and intercultural coaching. She is an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner. In 2016, she published her first book, Inclusive Kent Geen Labels (Inclusion Has No Labels). In 2009, she was awarded for her passion and craftsmanship as a diversity team facilitator.
Ruth volunteers in her community, developing and leading diverse projects to bring different people closer together. Her volunteer work includes assisting during Challenge Days in high schools, an anti-bullying program working to create a more inclusive school environment, and assisting during Be the Change Workshops, a program for adults based on the Challenge Day principles.
Ruth was born and raised in the Netherlands. From a young age, she was drawn to different cultures and countries. She is married and the mother of two bi-cultural children. She is determined to contribute to creating a more inclusive world.
