 For nearly twenty-five years, Sally Jue has coached individuals and organizations to strategically and creatively leverage their assets to optimize their effectiveness while aligning their personal and business values and goals. She is nationally known for creating engaging and thought provoking learning experiences that provide practical tools, from natural and social science based research, that foster deep reflection, meaningful dialogue and sustainable behavior change. A key focus of her work is to develop the cross-cultural agility of individuals and teams so that they can more effectively navigate the cultural nuances of a global workplace.

As a facilitator, coach and trainer, Sally has worked with managers and executives from the healthcare, high tech, financial services, consumer products and auto industries, as well as utility companies, government agencies and nonprofits. She has developed programs that incorporate emotional intelligence and self-management skills to enhance teambuilding and create inclusive workplace cultures.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Sally started and ran one of the first mental health programs for people with HIV while at AIDS Project Los Angeles. She has published on the topics of cross-cultural counseling and participated in national advisory meetings on improving healthcare and behavioral health access for a variety of underserved populations. Sally was also an appointee to the Los Angeles County Health Department’s Cultural and Linguistic Competency Standards Work Group, a volunteer faculty member for the Riordan Leadership Institute in Los Angeles and is currently a part-time coach for Korn/Ferry International.

Sally is based in Los Angeles and has a master’s in social work from the University of Southern California and a bachelor of arts degree from Occidental College.
