Grounding Diversity Councils and Employee Resource or Business Groups in the distinctions of diversity and inclusion as a business strategy are core to their success.  They must be able to craft their own key messages based on their understanding of why they exist, what the organization wants to gain from their guidance, and why Diversity and Inclusion is a core part of their businesses future.   Cook Ross provides deep expertise on both educating and consulting to these groups.

Employee Resource Group Leadership Coaching

The purpose of this coaching program is to guide and develop employee resource group leaders through the successful execution of their strategies and tactics. This Cook Ross session is suitable as a follow-up for clients that complete the Employee Resource Group Foundation program (as well as being a stand-alone offering). This session offers the employee resource group leaders the opportunity to develop project management and also provides a host of other skills that will provide benefits to the organization during their tenure as ERG leaders and beyond. The 10 hours will include: three (3) one-hour meetings with the network executive sponsor to secure expectations, discussions of interim progress and will also provide a final report as well as a one-hour planning session and six (6) one-hour monthly coaching sessions.

Duration: 10 Hours comprised of one hour sessions over the course of 6 months.  

Diversity Council Leadership Coaching
