Human Resources Manager
As the Cook Ross Human Resources Manager, Sharon Glenn acts as a strategic partner for the business and positively advocates for employees to maintain a highly-engaged work culture. Having more than 20 years of experience as a human resources, organizational development, and operational excellence professional, she has expertise in talent management, training and development, and leadership. Sharon develops and implements human resource management strategies enabling Cook Ross to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Prior to Cook Ross, Sharon served for nine years as the Organizational Development and Communications Manager for DB Consulting Group, Inc. She served as a member of the leadership team, successfully contributing to the company’s organizational mission providing management consulting and customer satisfaction to various federal government agencies.
Sharon holds Master’s degrees in Organizational Development and Public Policy – Management and Leadership. In addition, she holds certifications related to human resources, project management, training and development, and operational excellence. She considers herself a “Life Long Learner”. Her workplace mission is to keep her knowledge and skills current so she can make an impact on the business.
