Cook Ross seeks to drive change for more inclusive leadership and culture for the world’s most influential organizations. Recognizing the extraordinary role institutions who present culture can play in influencing these outcomes, we developed a deep expertise in support of museums, performing arts organizations, and other cultural institutions to address issues that can help them become inclusive. We work with organizations that are striving for diversity in programming, around the board and staff tables, and in their audiences.

This work is led by Principal Consultant, Dr. Johnnetta B. Cole. Before assuming her current position with Cook Ross, she served for eight years as the Director of the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art. She is the current co-chair of the American Alliance of Museums Working Group on Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility.
