“The goal is not to be successful and famous. That’s not the goal. The goal is, if you have a specific God-given ability, is to live your life out through that.”

In this role, she uses her experience in training, learning strategies, leadership development, event planning, and organizational effectiveness to create and drive project plans for new product and service development, as well as client customization projects, and product maintenance. These skills, along with her creativity and innovative spirit, have been instrumental in keeping our team develop learning solutions that support our clients’ Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) initiatives.

She comments, “Whether at work, the gym, or hanging out with friends, each experience is an opportunity to both learn and share knowledge with others.”

Away from work, you can find Ashya listening to R&B, Jazz, or anything that feels good, crafting cards or jewelry, painting under the inspiration of Franz Kline, Alma Thomas, and Jean-Michel Basquiat, and even deejaying. Playing with her dog Smoke is a favorite pastime, as well as eating good food (matcha green tea ice cream anyone?) Ashya also enjoys making people laugh. (“People” includes Ashya. Yes, she enjoys laughing at her own jokes).
