Audrey Rose Ford
As Project Manager at Cook Ross, Audrey Rose Ford oversees all aspects of client engagements, ensuring high quality and timely deliverables.
Audrey has held a variety of project management positions in both the for-profit and non-profit spaces, working in organizations as diverse as Microsoft and PBS NewsHour. In her most recent position, she managed the Research Grants & Education department at a medical society, where she sourced and implemented the organization’s first grant tracking software. Prior to this, she worked at Consero, an event start-up where she built strategic relationships with C-Suite executives at Fortune 500 organizations to create high-level conference content on topics ranging from organizational change management to talent management transformation.
Audrey is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University. She graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in Literary & Cultural Studies and Gender & Sexuality Studies, which ignited her passion for diversity and inclusion. She currently lives with her partner in Northern Virginia, where she enjoys hiking, flamenco dance, and social justice activism.
