Who Should Attend?
Chief Diversity Officers (CDO), Deputy CDOs, Chief Human Resource Officers (CHRO), and other senior executives who are responsible for diversity and inclusion inititiaves in their organizations. We are looking for participants from a broad cross-section of industries, including for-profit, non-profit, government, and educational institutions.
What to Expect
Over the course of the year, participants will engage in highly interactive and experiential learning, including peer learning with a community of diverse senior executives. The program will provide participants with a safe, intimate community to explore both professional and personal issues so that they can return to their organizations with more passion and drive. The course includes:
4 two-day sessions in the greater Washington, DC area
3 online meetings between sessions to stay connected to the course and your progress
1 on 1 coaching from Dr. Cole, Mr. Ross, and other experienced executive coaches
What You and Your Organization Will Get
The CDO Forum will help you transition from being a diversity champion to an organizational change agent, leading your organization towards an inclusive culture that benefits your organization’s bottom line, reputation, and internal morale. This year-long intensive will allow each participant to develop a practical and implementable Action Plan that uses your organization’s existing resources to achieve strategic objectives and breaks through existing barriers to achieve your vision. In turn, you and your organization’s reputation as an ambassador for successful diversity initiatives will grow, making you a leader and influential voice in your industry and possibly on the global stage.

Please note that approximately two hours of pre-work will be required of all participants during the month of August.
$16,000; non-profit rates available

Cancellations must be communicated by phone directly to Natanya Khashan, Marketing & Events Specialist at 301-329-2877 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation of enrollment in the CDO Forum with less than 30 days’ notice is non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you are unable to attend a session of the CDO Forum due to an unexpected emergency, Cook Ross coaches will make their best effort to bring you up to speed as best as possible. Should Cook Ross cancel any course, we will notify registrants within 4 weeks of the course date. Registration fees from cancelled courses may be applied to any future Cook Ross public course. If a session is cancelled because of an act of God (inclement weather, etc.), we will find an alternative way to connect with participants, including holding virtual sessions, and/or offer credit for other Cook Ross products or services of equal or lesser value.
