Impactful Learning

All sessions will be learner led, “unconferences” focused on experiential learning, highly interactive programs, and learning from one another. The program will be a safe, community building initiative with an opportunity to recharge and re-engage with critical issues:

8 highly interactive days as a community during 4 two-day meetings in Washington, DC.

3 powerful and engaging online meetings.

1 on 1 coaching from Dr. Cole, Mr. Ross, and other powerful CDO counselors.

Meaningful Results

Each participant will complete an Action Learning Project over the year, developing a new initiative for their organization. The power of the Forum will lead to innovative, effective programs with a measurable ROI.
