BE STRATEGIC

THE IMPORTANCE OF AN IDEA STRATEGY

Cook Ross has decades of experience partnering with clients to design organizations that are inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible.  What continues to show itself to be true is how important it is to approach this work from a systems perspective in order to achieve real and sustainable results.  While many organizations tend to focus strongly on Training and Education, learning initiatives on their own can be wholly insufficient to achieve the desired outcomes when not connected to a larger strategy.

Building a strategy for your Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility efforts that includes a thoughtful review of systems and structures will serve an organization well in achieving their desired objectives.

Our consulting and strategy approach utilizes a 3-phase framework to guide an organization on their IDEA journey ensuring desired goals are achieved.

ANALYZE
This phase focuses on assessing the current organizational landscape to achieve a well-defined understanding of the enablers and barriers to IDEA initiatives and outcomes.
DESIGN
In this phase we partner  with clients to design and develop an evidence-based organizational IDEA strategy to include a strategic framework, key objectives, activities, and clear KPIs.
DELIVER
This phase supports activation and implementation of an organization’s IDEA strategy that support leadership and their teams along the change journey.
DEI Maturity Model
We utilize a maturity model to help an organization assess where they are on their journey and to serve as a visual representation of the necessary path forward towards greater equity and inclusion.
