Client Services Operations Lead
Dwight A. Anderson has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management with global experience in designing and delivering solutions for domestic and international organizations. As Operations Lead, Dwight identifies, implements, and delivers innovative service strategies and tools that facilitate the development and sustainability of the organization. Through efficient project management, solutions design, and strategic client account management, Dwight creates strong business relationships and drives the organization’s client-centered goals forward.
Prior to joining Cook Ross, Dwight was a manager in Accenture’s Management Consulting practice. There, he specialized in learning strategy, change management, transformational system implementation, and organizational and talent management. Dwight also held positions at Fannie Mae as Senior Consultant of Leadership and Management Development and Senior Manager of Sales for Sprint Nextel Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Clark Atlanta University.
