Loretta’s 20 years of work in diversity and inclusion, Unconscious Bias, and cultural competence has engaged many Fortune 500, 100 and Top 50 companies recognized by Diversity, Inc. She works with clients to develop short and long term strategies to maximize on-the-job capability while achieving organizational, group, and personal goals. She works with executives, leaders, and employees from the C-Suite to the shop floor, within national and international organizations.
Loretta’s experience includes consulting, organizational development, program evaluation and design, project management, education, and training. Initiatives driven by Loretta include strategic diversity planning, organizational cultural audits, focus groups, audit recommendation planning, coaching diversity councils, and working with Employee Resource Groups.
Loretta holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Master of Science Degree from Central Michigan University. She is a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
