Mary Ngo is a Project Manager at Cook Ross. In her project manager role, Mary is responsible for serving as a liaison to the client, managing the day-to-day activities between the Cook Ross project team and her assigned clients. She collaborates with the Business Development team to support generating business with her existing client base. Additionally, Mary acts as a Cook Ross brand ambassador, responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.  

Mary has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland-Baltimore. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate issued by the internationally recognized Project Management Institute.

Her philosophy at Cook Ross is that work should be done with integrity – Integrity to people, mission, strategy, and policies and processes. Mary is drawn to IDEA work because she wants to make the world a better place for her children.

Mary is a first-generation Asian American and is the first in her family to graduate from college, as well as earn a graduate degree. When she is not watercolor painting or spending time with friends, she can be found enjoying ordinary moments with her husband and kids.
