Nyki Caldwell serves as Cook Ross’ Client Services Coordinator and Interim Resource Manager, and has held number of operation responsibilities related to core business functions since starting at the company in 2016.
Prior to her current role, Nyki served as Special Assistant to Founding Partner, Howard Ross, and Partner and Chairperson, Leslie Traub, where she carried out day to day tasks and special projects to support their roles as both Executives and Principal Consultants.
Nyki began her professional career in the nonprofit sector, volunteering as an AmeriCorps member through City Year, an education-focused non-profit dedicated to helping students and schools succeed. Nyki is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds a B.S. in health and exercise science with a minor in psychology. She attended Wake Forest on full athletic scholarship on the women’s track and field team, where she competed as a Division 1 high jumper throughout her four years. She is an advocate for social justice and social equity, mental and physical health and well-being, women and gender rights, and lifting up and advancing the experiences of marginalized communities.
