Paige Robnett is a strategic Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity practitioner based in Washington, DC. She holds over seven years of experience in project management, workshop facilitation, and strategic operations. At Cook Ross, she collaborates with clients to transform organizations through the development of sustainable diversity and inclusion strategies. Paige puts ideas into action through coalition building, project management, and inclusive leadership principles.
Prior to joining Cook Ross, Paige worked for mission driven non-profits. As the American Association of University Women’s (AAUW) College/University Relations Manager, she managed the organization’s leadership programs and campus initiatives. In this role, she recruited 15,000+ campus students, staff, and faculty and more than doubled the number of AAUW campus chapters, from 55 to 120.
Paige serves on the Board of Inclusion Network, a non-profit that convenes and connects diversity and inclusion professionals and supporters. She also facilitates in-person and virtual skill-building workshops that foster belonging, build leadership skills, and provide a brave space for communicating across difference. At least once a quarter, Paige facilitates Running Start’s Elect Her workshop, a half-day training for college women to learn how to run for office.
Paige has a master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Organization Evaluation & Leadership from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Women’s Studies from Denison University.
