Pavel Golenistsev is an organisational psychologist specialising in employee engagement, talent assessment and coaching. Pavel combines corporate consulting experience with his skill set in people analytics and coaching to help organisations make decisions that are based on data and are people-centred in their heart.
As an IBM consultant, Pavel worked with over 20 international clients on their employee engagement and talent development initiatives, advising senior business leaders and HR professionals on their employee engagement strategy and talent management practices. Projects where Pavel led as a consultant have seen an up to 15% year-on-year increase in engagement-related metrics. Pavel also worked as a consultant for the United Nations, where he contributed to building an online platform to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in developing countries to access international markets.
Pavel holds a Master of Science degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Spanish from the University of St Andrews. He also holds an International Coaching Federation accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching, and has worked with over 30 top-performing individuals as a coach.
Pavel is a keen mountaineer and has participated in several international expeditions with his highest achievements being the summits of Mount Kazbek and Mont Blanc. Pavel has worked on several international projects focusing on environmental preservation causes in various European countries. Having lived in 4 countries, Pavel proudly describes himself as a “geek” when it comes to learning foreign languages: Pavel is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish, can converse in 5 other languages and is currently studying Mandarin Chinese.
