Managing Director of Client Services
In his role, Pedro Suriel is responsible for the execution of Cook Ross’ strategic goals and objectives through the day-to-day management of the Client Services team. Under Pedro’s leadership, the Client Services team provides high-quality, client-centric support in designing, planning, and executing strategic solutions that advance organizational diversity and inclusion objectives.
Prior to joining Cook Ross, Pedro was a management consultant at Accenture, where he worked cross-departmentally with members of human resources, operations, team development, communications, leadership development, program management, and inclusion and diversity. Following his 20-year career at Accenture, Pedro took a two-year sabbatical to do mission work with orphan children in the Dominican Republic. A native of New York, Pedro earned his Bachelor of Arts in business administration from New York Institute of Technology.
Pedro is trained in Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network. He is husband to Nancy and father to Christian, Nicholas, Julian, and Justin. He is an orphan care advocate for children in the Dominican Republic, Christian, and a music enthusiast whose passion is to partner with individuals and organizations to develop innovative solutions and sustainable change.
