Princess Clemente

           Senior Instructional Designer

“Stories create community, enable us to see through the eyes of other people, and open us to the claims of others.”

Peter Forbes

Princess Clemente is the Senior Instructional Designer at Cook Ross. She is dedicated to transforming and uplifting communities and organizations through the power of learning. In her role, she assists in designing and customizing learning solutions for clients to create transformative learning experiences.

Princess is drawn to the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility space because she wants to help build a more inclusive world where all people are valued, treated equitably, respectfully, and can confidently show up as their authentic selves.

During her graduate years, Princess raised awareness around the challenges of undocumented students through workshops, panel discussions, and produced a video to share their experiences. She also co-founded a speaker agency for student activists to share their stories on campuses.

Princess’s work is guided by her belief that storytelling is a transformative tool that drives self-discovery, connects people, and empowers communities. She adds, “We find stories through data, personal anecdotes, and self-reflection; inspiring us and organizations to take meaningful action and make long-lasting positive change.”

Though she celebrates holding an M.S. in Training & Development and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Francis, Princess believes that learning is a lifelong commitment. If you cannot find her in the middle of acquiring a new skill, look for her tearing up the tennis court or venturing to local restaurants to try new food with her partner.
