As the Salesforce Administrator, Sarah Spencer manages the ongoing development and optimization of the Salesforce platform at Cook Ross. Sarah is passionate about leveraging Salesforce as a powerful tool to effect transformation and support efficient deployment of business operations across the entire client lifecycle.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Hendrix College and brings experience from her previous role at the American Association of University Women (AAUW), where she managed operations, including Salesforce, for a national training program for the advancement of women’s equity.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Sarah currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and their cat, Binx. When not at work, she can be found hosting watch parties for the latest binge-worthy shows, enjoying nature, or snuggled up with her cat and a good book.
