Zunilda Rodriguez is a Consultant with 18 years of experience in consulting and project management. She is known as a committed advocate for her clients 

 

At Cook Ross, Zunilda leads complex multi-day charrettes, facilitates strategy definition labs, develops assessment reports, conducts qualitative and programmatic analyses, and creates communication, engagement, strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies. She also uses her strategic skills to elevate the organization’s business development, operations, and learning and development teams. 

As a consultative partner to clients, she works closely with executives and senior leaders to develop effective strategies. Zunilda’s consulting experience includes leading and facilitating inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility work for organizations in the fields of finance, food, retail, technology, consumer products, healthcare, academic, utilities, government, and more.  

Zunilda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and American Studies and a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning, and she’s an American Institute Certified Planner. Zunilda has supported hundreds of clients in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors over the years. Through her work, she creates a bridge between issues of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility with a strong devotion towards advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and social equity.
